Originally part of the GMH manufacturing plant developed in the 1950s, the site presently comprises three newer industrial buildings, a mix of some of the original GMH warehouses now leased to manufacturing and logistics type industrial tenants and approximately 13 hectares of vacant land that fronts the Princess Highway.
