Frances Park residential development is bounded by Dinah Beach Road along its southern boundary, Tiger Brennan Drive along the eastern and Duke Street along its northern boundary. The property is situated in the suburb of Stuart Park, an inner northern suburb of the Darwin metropolitan area, approximately three kilometres by road north of the Darwin CBD and retail precinct.
