Breakfast Point

Breakfast Point Sydney is a waterfront master-planned residential development, in the city of Canada Bay, nine kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Commenced in 1999, Breakfast Point is an urban village community, built on the principles of a traditional neighbourhood community.

Predominantly a Community Scheme Development, Breakfast Point comprises 2,550 residences and a range of community facilities including a country club, village centre retail precinct, community meeting hall, recreational and leisure facilities.

Breakfast Point is designed to maximize views, access and connection to the waterfront, provide significant areas of parkland and a choice of residential dwellings.

The development offers a range of focal points differing character and function, while at the same time conserving heritage aspects with compatible uses and ensuring adjacent development is complementary in scale and style.

The final new apartment building stage was completed in late 2017 leaving construction of 4 large family homes and conversion of a heritage building to 14 apartments as the final stages of the Breakfast Point development. The building was completed in 2019.
