Tri-generation, blackwater [including mining] and mixed mode [chilled beam and VAV] air conditioning systems contribute to 1 Bligh’s unrivalled sustainable features. 

The buildings ground floor lobby opens to the exterior [weather permitting] and has been designed to become the ‘ant track’ connecting Bligh and O’Connell Streets. A childcare centre, two cafes and parking for 96 cars provides complete amenity for building occupiers and visitors.
