1 William Street transforms and revitalizes the parliamentary end of George and William Streets, Brisbane and is the catalyst for the entire George Street government precinct to be redeveloped.
The office tower occupies a highly prominent location in Brisbane, comprising of a 43 level A Grade commercial building with Premium services, providing approximately 75,000sqm (NLA), including 1,100sqm of retail and 318 car spaces. It is the new home of the Queensland Government and public service.
