Georgina brings over 25 years’ experience in the financial services and property industry to her role as Chairman, a role she has held since 2019. Georgina has a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws.
Georgina has significant global experience in corporate transactions, capital raising, initial public offerings, funds management, corporate strategy, acquisitions and divestments. She gained early experience as a solicitor with Freehills and with Mallesons Stephen Jacques. Georgina also held senior roles at AMP Capital Investors, Galileo Funds Management and Stockland.
She is an independent non-executive director and member of the audit and risk committee of Viva Energy REIT. She is also an independent non-executive director of Tassal Group Limited and a member of their audit and risk and remuneration committees. In addition, she holds the position of independent non-executive director of Investec Property Limited.
Scott has been actively involved with the Master Builders movement for the past 22 years and is an immediate past president and chairman of Master Builders Australia and past president and chairman of the Master Builders Association of NSW.
Scott commenced his career in the commercial sector of the building and construction industry in a trade role, progressively building his career through to management roles and establishing the Proline Group of companies.
Steve Bracks AC
Steve Bracks was Premier of Victoria for almost eight years, winning successive elections with large majorities. As Premier, Steve started rebuilding Victoria’s services and infrastructure whilst maintaining strong budgets and a growing economy.
He now advises the Timor-Leste Prime Minister and several leading Australian finance and service sector corporations.
Mr Bracks is Chair of Cbus and a Director the Bank of Sydney, Jardine Lloyd Thompson Australia and the Bionics Institute. He also chairs AFL SportsReady and the Kardinia Park Steering Committee.
He also led the Federal Government’s review into Australia’s Automotive Industry and was the Australian Government’s Automotive Envoy from 2009 to 2013.
Susan has over 30 years’ experience in real estate investment management primarily in the retail sector, including asset and funds management (listed and wholesale markets), property and portfolio acquisitions and development. She has worked in Australia, the US and UK/Europe. Susan has held senior and executive positions with Lend Lease, AMP Capital and Galileo Funds Management.
She is currently Mirvac’s Head of Retail. Susan is the Joint Deputy Chair, Shopping Centre Council of Australia and immediate past Australian Chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts (UNSW) and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
Anthony has a significant level of skill, education and experience across property, finance, taxation, business management and accounting. Commencing his career at Deloitte, key positions have included partnership at Cuthel & Bigg Accountants and appointment as CEO and director at property investment and development company PrimeSpace Property Investment. Anthony has recently made a career change and is currently the owner/operator of an award winning Hotel in Queanbeyan NSW.
Anthony’s current role, recent and past directorships held are CEO and Executive Director, PrimeSpace Property Investment. Director, and Director of numerous personal and commercial property-related companies.
Anthony’s qualifications comprise of Bachelor of Arts (Accounting), Chartered Accountant, Diploma, Financial Services and Registered Tax Accountant and Company Auditor.
David holds extensive senior union leadership experience, developed through positions including National Secretary, Assistant National Secretary and organiser of the CFMEU (Construction and General Division). Prior to 1988, David worked as a builder’s labourer. He has managed major union sites at several iconic Melbourne landmarks.
David’s current role, recent and past directorships held are, National Secretary, CFMEU Construction and General Division, and attends Cbus Board, Investments Committee and Remuneration Committee. Note: David resigned from the Remuneration Committee on 21 August 2013.
David’s qualifications comprise of RG146 for Superannuation, Various specialist property and investment courses, Sponsoring organisation, Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union.
Simon has over 30 years of analysis, advisory and operational experience in finance and real estate. This includes 19 years as an equities analyst researching listed real estate and retail companies at Macquarie Bank and JP Morgan, and a further six years as a corporate advisor to major real estate groups, at UBS and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Simon has operational experience at Stockland Trust Group where he was responsible for Strategy, Research and Stakeholder Relations, and a member of the Executive Committee. He holds a Master of Commerce qualification in accounting and finance.
Adrian Pozzo is the Chief Executive Officer of Cbus Property Pty Ltd, having been appointed to this role in 2007. Adrian has over 30 years’ experience as an executive in the property and construction industries, working in both private and public companies, including 15 years in direct property.
Adrian has responsibility for the strategic performance & management of all aspects of the Cbus direct property investment business which includes major investments and developments in the commercial and residential sectors.
Adrian is a Certified Practicing Accountant and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Executive Manager – Northern Region
Gavin Grahame is the Executive Manager – Northern Region and a member of the company’s executive.
Gavin joined Cbus Property in 2013, bringing more than 25 years of property industry leadership, design, development and delivery expertise, and executive management experience in Australia and internationally to his role with the company.
Before joining Cbus Property, Gavin held senior executive positions at Stockland and Lend Lease where he held a variety of management roles in the residential and commercial property sectors generally in roles requiring leadership to achieve complex objectives. He has worked to transfer his extensive experience across construction and development to strengthen delivery capability and drive growth.
Executive Manager – Assets
Chris Hardy is the the Executive Manager Asset Management, responsible for the maximization of the portfolio’s investment returns and driving capital value growth through the acquisition, leasing and delivery process of primarily large scale commercial premium office developments.
Chris has over 30 years’ experience in investment management in the commercial retail and industrial property sectors, property acquisitions and divestments, development design and sustainability, leasing and commissioning.
Chris has a proven track record of great service to his clients, investors, tenants and venture partners, delivering market leading results. Furthermore, he places a strong focus on workplace culture and operational risk management.
General Manager – Development (Delivery)
Victor Istanto joined Cbus Property in 2004 and in his role as Development Manager for Cbus Property, Victor successfully procured and delivered the one40william development at 140 William Street, Perth.
Victor has also led the procurement of 5 Martin Place, Sydney and successfully led the pre-commitment (Medibank) of 720 Bourke Street, Melbourne. He recently oversaw Cbus Property’s new 313 Spencer Street office complex for the Victoria Police and is now responsible for directing the development management of 447 Collins Street.
Prior to commencing at Cbus Property, Victor worked for an International Construction company in the delivery of an array of projects, including commercial office, hospitals, shopping centres, educational facilities and high rise apartments.
Chief Operating Officer
Reporting to the CEO, Chris has a national role encompassing key involvement in the identification and procurement of new residential and commercial development acquisitions including securing tenant pre-commitments and is focused on delivering safer delivery outcomes. He is also a member of the Cbus Property Safety Committee.
While Chris assists and challenges the development team to deliver enhanced financial and end user outcomes relative to the project objectives, he also oversees developments in design and delivery, attending project PCG meetings and regularly reports to the Cbus Property Board.
Executive Manager – Group Finance
Paul joined Cbus Property in 2006 and is responsible for the planning, management, control & implementation of the financial functionality across the Cbus Property Group, delivering financial information with operational, strategic and programmatic support to the organisation.
Paul has comprehensive and substantial experience within a financial environment, applying the knowledge and skills acquired from a number of senior roles within the financial sector.
A qualified accountant with top tier experience, Paul strives to bring the highest levels of integrity, coupled with a driven sense of urgency and results-orientation to deliver a successful outcome.
Operations Manager & Exec. Assistant to CEO
Kim has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources & Office Management across a variety of industries, spanning property, medical, paramedical and education.
Reporting to the CEO, Kim’s responsibilities encompass the full spectrum of management activities across HR, IT, Telecommunications, Office Management, Executive (CEO/Board) Support, Corporate Marketing and the preparation of Business Development materials. Kim also undertakes project and vendor management for her related portfolio of third party service providers.
Executive Manager – Residential
Mark Percy has had over 40 years experience in the property industry.
Mark is responsible for site identification and assessment, sales and marketing, delivery and customer relations of all residential projects undertaken by Cbus Property. He has responsibility for the performance & management of all aspects of all residential projects undertaken by the Company.
Previously, Mark held senior management roles in both the property and construction sectors with some industry leading companies including Mirvac, Stockland and GPT.
Chief Financial Officer
Ashley joined Cbus Property in 2013 and is responsible for the Investment and Asset Management, Commercial Operations and Corporate functions.
Ashley has extensive experience in property and structured real estate finance, both domestically and internationally, and has held various senior roles in the advisory, AREIT and private sectors.
Ashley is a qualified valuer and holds both undergraduate and post-graduate degrees in property.
Executive Manager – Commercial & Governance
Rachel has responsibility for monitoring the compliance obligations and commercial processes of Cbus Property and associated entities in accordance with statutory, legal, company secretarial and professional standards. She maintains the Risk Management Framework and has oversight of financing arrangements.
Rachel joined the company in 2001. She is a Chartered Accountant (UK) and has audit and advisory experience in Melbourne and London.
Julian joined Cbus Property in early 2012 as a Development Manager and has over 10 years’ experience in the property and construction industry working across various real estate sectors.
In his role as Development Manager, Julian led the development of various high rise commercial and residential projects along with identifying new opportunities.
Administrator – Financial
Vanesa has 8 years’ experience in accounts payable position, the past 14 months in construction.
Prior to joining Cbus Property in 2016 Vanessa was an accounts payable officer at Probuild Constructions, previous to that she was an accounts payable officer at Mecca Cosmetica.
Prior to starting with Cbus Property Casey worked in residential real estate for approximately 9 years in various roles, including administration/sales support, marketing and then as a personal assistant and sales consultant. Casey also worked in the role of Team Assistant for Development at Places Victoria before joining Cbus Property in 2013 in the Development Team Assistant role.
Tegan joined Cbus Property in 2016 and since that time has been involved in the delivery of the Collins Arch, 140 Queen and Volaire apartment developments. Following completion of a Master of Property in 2008, Tegan has worked in both Project Management and Commercial Property Valuations prior to joining Cbus Property.
Michelle Fitzgerald is Cbus Property’s development manager for 443 Queen Street and the recently completed 1 William Street.
1 William Street, was developed for the Queensland Government as a reformed workplace that supports a highly collaborative and renewed Public Service, serving the people and businesses of Queensland. The 75,000sqm office building received numerous environmental accolades in design, construction and is now exceeding its environmental benchmarks in operation. This result places 1 William as one of only 16 buildings in Australia and one of three in Queensland to receive this top level of certification.

Before joining Cbus Property in 2013, Michelle commenced her career in architectural practice after successfully achieving an honours degree in Architecture from the University of Queensland.
Craig joined Cbus Property in 2012 and is the senior financial accountant for Cbus Property. Craig plays a key role in the finance team providing a proactive contribution to ensure the timeliness, accuracy and integrity of financial information and related processes and projects.
Craig has extensive experience in financial and management accounting and financial administration and is a professionally qualified accountant with big four/tier one experience.
Senior Liaison Officer
Danny joined Cbus Property in 2013 after working as a Rigger in the construction industry for many years.
Danny worked at Cbus for twenty years, first as a Coordinator and then as General Manager of the Coordinators
Travis joined Cbus Property in 2017 as a Development Manager and brings over 20 years’ experience in the architecture industry having worked for some of the world’s leading architecture firms. In his role as Development Manager, he brings a strong focus on integrity and the building of successful relationships, while his extensive architectural background further supports Cbus Properties ongoing pursuit of design excellence in all our projects.
During his career, Travis has played a key role in the delivery of many major projects in the commercial, leisure, hospitality, education and residential sectors in the UK, Asia & the Middle East and Australia, most recently delivering a number of significant commercial projects in the Melbourne CBD.
Governance & Compliance Officer
Amber helps maintain and monitor the compliance obligations and governance processes of Cbus Property and associated entities. Amber joined the company in January 2018. Before that she was working in Operations and Compliance at a Research company and has worked at Nab and ANZ.
Robert joined Cbus Property in mid 2015 as a Development Manager. Working in the QLD office, Robert has managed the conception of 185 Wharf Street and the transition of 443 Queen Street into the delivery phase.
Robert has over 10 years’ experience in the property and construction industry with a focus on the residential sector. Robert has worked on projects throughout Queensland, Northern Territory and London.
Senior Development Manager
Nick joined Cbus Property in 2015 as an Assistant Development Manager in the Sydney office.
Nick is currently delivering the premium residential project in Sydney, 88 Alfred Street, Milsons Point. Nick is also involved in Newmarket Randwick, from acquisition through to development.
Nick has over 10 years’ experience in the property industry and has spent time working in project management and construction across a range of projects, including hospitals, hotels and high rise apartments, a major stadium redevelopment and educational facilities.
Senior Development Manager
James has been a part of the Development Team with Cbus Property since 2008 and has over 10 years’ experience in commercial, retail, residential and industrial property valuations.
James is a certified practicing Valuer and has a Bachelor of Business (Property Valuations) from RMIT and Masters of Building & Construction from Melbourne.
Senior Development Manager
Ed started working for Cbus Property as a residential development manager in 2013. Since that time Ed has managed the completion of 35 Spring St and the Assembly Apartments development and launched Holme Apartments in Collingwood.
Senior Development Executive – Residential
Andrew joined Cbus Property in 2007 as a Development Manager having come from a Project Management background working across various real estate sectors. As the residential business within Cbus Property has grown, Andrew has played a key role in this sector, being involved in all residential projects in Melbourne.
In his role as Senior Development Executive – Residential, Andrew is responsible for overseeing the delivery of residential development projects in Melbourne, and where time permits, identifying new opportunities.
Senior Asset Manager
Ben joined Cbus Property in 2011, having previously worked in asset management at MAB Funds and Orchard Funds Management.
Ben has properties in both Melbourne and Sydney as part of his portfolio at Cbus Property.
