Bates Smart, the architects for 35 Spring Street, will again partner with Cbus Property to deliver another iconic residential building, this time in a more limited, exclusive and luxurious format. The site was previously home to Mercure Hotel which has now been demolished to path the way for the construction of 17 Spring Street.
The project is progressing well with the completion of basement excavation works and construction of the 4-level basement carpark currently underway. The apartment sales process commenced in late 2018 with Colliers International managing sales through an expression of interest campaign.
