17 Spring St

Acquired in September 2017, 17 Spring Street Melbourne is destined to become the next addition to Cbus Property’s portfolio of luxury residential developments.

The development will capitalize on the success of 35 Spring Street, sharing the same exceptional attributes including uninterrupted views east over Treasury Gardens and immediate access to the incredible amenity of the Paris End of the Melbourne CBD.

Bates Smart, the architects for 35 Spring Street, will again partner with Cbus Property to deliver another iconic residential building, this time in a more limited, exclusive and luxurious format. The site was previously home to Mercure Hotel which has now been demolished to path the way for the construction of 17 Spring Street. 

Inside the residences, partitioning works are underway up to Level 31, joinery is installed to Level 25 and timber flooring is installed up to Level 22.
On the lower levels, the automated car parking system has been installed and is undergoing final commissioning. The ground-floor lobby works are also underway and finishes to the pool area on Level 2 is also well advanced. Cbus Property has commenced the inspection of completed residences and is pleased to see the very high quality achieved in the prototype residences is continuing through the typical levels.
